Philodendron Gloriosum (Velvet Philodendron)
*PLEASE NOTE: You will receive the exact plant as pictured
This amazing terrestrial philodendron sports velvety green heart shaped leaves with extensive cream-colored veins. This is a terrestrial variety that actually grows underground, while sending up an array of beautiful folliage making this Philodendron increadibly easy to maintain. Gloriosum makes an excellent container plant as well as a leafy landscape plant for the tropical garden.
THIS SPECIFIC PLANT: This established stem cutting has: a good amount of soil roots, two or three nodes (one is active and may push out a leaf), and one leaf. Please note the imperfections on the leaves were from previous pests, but it has now since recovered, and is healthy and well . If that is a concern, do not purchase.
CARE: Being a little more sensitive than your average houseplant, these guys benefit from well draining soil. Water when the soil feels dry-ish to touch but don't let it dry out entirely. Place in medium to bright indirect light, although they can withstand a few hours of direct sunlight if acclimated.
SHIPPING: Shipped via EXPRESS POST with it's pot. (It's your choice to add extra insurance).
