GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Lupinum is a very unusual ever-changing philodendron. It starts out in it's juvenile state having small one to two inch leaves with velvety tops and maroon undersides, then when given a totem to climb the leaves will morph into 10 to 12 inches in size, with a glossy corrugated pattern while still holding the maroon underside. Juvenile plants tend to look nothing like the mature specimens. It can also well adapt to a high humidity environment like terrarium and vivarium if provide good air movement.
THIS SPECIFIC PLANT: This is rooted-cutting with one leaf, and one node. Please take note of the imperfections on the leaves. Please only purchase if you are researched and/or experienced in propagation, as this specific cutting will require the right care in order to thrive.
CARE: It requires indirect light/shaded and well draining soil. Water when the top soil feels dry and mist regularly.
SHIPPING: It will require further propagation in order to produce a sturdy root system, so a grow light, and heat mat is recommended. Shipped via EXPRESS POST with it's pot. We will also provide tracking, signature on delivery, and insurance for the FULL VALUE of the plant with Australia Post.
